The Blackline Engagement Framework

Every engagement begins with a Strategic Intake Review

All clients begin with a ninety-minute Strategic Intake Review. This session allows us to examine the situation in depth, clarify the central challenge, and determine whether a longer advisory engagement is appropriate.

The Engagement Process

PHASE I: Strategic Intake Review

A structured assessment session designed to understand the client’s situation, goals, constraints, and decision landscape. This session provides the foundation for determining scope and identifying the most appropriate advisory approach.

PHASE II: Strategic Alignment and Engagement Plan

Following intake, a tailored engagement plan is developed outlining the focus of the advisory work, key objectives, and expected outcomes. This ensures that both client and consultant move forward with clear expectations and priorities.

PHASE III: Advisory Engagement

Clients engage in structured advisory sessions designed to develop strategy, strengthen decision making, and support forward progress on the issues identified during intake.

THE ADVISORY EXPERIENCE

Blackline Strategies operates through structured advisory engagements rather than open ended consultation. This approach ensures that the work remains focused, intentional, and aligned with the client’s objectives.

For individual clients, advisory engagements typically begin with a minimum four session commitment following the Strategic Intake Review.

This structure allows the advisory process to move beyond discussion and toward meaningful strategic progress.

All Engagements take place virtually.

If you believe Blackline Strategies may be the right advisory partner for your situation, the first step is scheduling a Strategic Intake Review.

To confirm your Strategic Intake session, payment is required at booking. You can secure your session here.

Engagement Fit

Blackline Strategies works best with clients who are ready to engage thoughtfully with complex challenges and who value structured thinking, honest dialogue, and practical strategy.

Clients seeking open ended personal processing, therapy, or crisis intervention services will likely require a different type of professional support.
